1. Overview
Upwork Feed Cleaner & Trust Filter is designed to process job-feed filtering locally in your browser. We do not collect your Upwork credentials, private messages, proposals, payment details, or general browsing history.
2. Information we process
When you activate or verify PRO, we process the email address associated with your purchase. The backend converts that address into a one-way hash for the access record.
We also process Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, relevant billing-period dates, and webhook event identifiers needed to keep access accurate and prevent duplicate processing.
3. Payments
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and separately processes checkout data, billing addresses, tax information, and payment methods under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.
4. How information is used
Subscription information is used only to verify PRO access, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
Access records are retained while needed to provide the subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Duplicate-prevention event records may expire automatically.
6. Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the product, including Paddle and Cloudflare. We may also disclose information when legally required.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. Contact support@kote0085.dev to make a request. You may uninstall the extension at any time.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, signed Paddle webhook verification, limited data storage, and access controls intended to protect subscription records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
