Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using Upwork Feed Cleaner & Trust Filter (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service is an independent browser extension that applies user-selected visual filters to publicly displayed job-feed information. It does not guarantee job quality, client identity, payment, hiring, income, or protection from fraud. You remain responsible for reviewing every listing and following the rules of the platform you use.

3. Independent product

The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Upwork Inc. “Upwork” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used only to describe compatibility.

4. PRO subscriptions

PRO features require a recurring subscription at the price shown on the Pricing and Checkout pages. A one-day trial is provided before the first recurring charge where displayed by Paddle.

The standard subscription price is $4.99 per month. Customers in Ukraine are offered a regional price of undefined per month. Paddle displays the final price and applicable taxes before payment.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment, tax, receipts, subscription management, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for your own lawful workflow. You may not bypass access controls, share paid access, interfere with the Service, use it to violate another platform’s terms, or resell it without written permission.

6. Availability and changes

Browser and third-party website changes can temporarily affect compatibility. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, legal compliance, or compatibility.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every unwanted listing will be detected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
